Where is WineFair Cy-Fair being held?

When & where can I buy a ticket?

Tickets can be purchased on the tickets page of the Wine Fair Cy-Fair website. We do not guarantee that tickets will be available to purchase at the gate, as we have a limited number of tickets available. We suggest purchasing the tickets early online.

Do you accept credit cards or checks?

We do not accept personal checks. We only accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. At the event, we accept cash as well as credit cards. You must be 21+ with a valid ID to purchase tickets and attend the festival.

What is your lost / return / exchange policy?

If you cannot attend, please try to find someone to take your tickets. There are no refunds for ANY reason. All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.

What is the appropriate ID to get in?

You must be 21+ with a valid ID to purchase tickets and attend the event. All patrons must have their ID’s checked in accordance with TABC regulations regardless of age. Please be prepared to show your ID to the ticket attendant. The proper IDs to get into the event include: A driver license, a passport, US military Identification card with a photo and birth date. *Note: the ID cannot be expired at the time of the event.

How much are tickets?

General Admission: $30
VIP: $75

All tickets are $5 more at the door if available.

Rules for Entrance to WineFair Cy-Fair

Have your ticket and a valid ID ready for festival entry. No Shirt, No Shoes = No Entry.

Is there a limit to how many tickets I can buy?

No, there is no limit to how many tickets you can buy.

Where are the restrooms?

There are port-o-potties located on the festival grounds.

Will there be free sampling?

The ticket price includes wine, beer and food samples.

What is the cost of the food at the festival?

There is no extra cost for food samples at the festival.

Are menus available in advance?

Restaurant sample menu items are not available before the event.

Will there be any water available?

Yes, there will be free bottled water available.

Is alcohol allowed on the premise?

Sorry! You are not allowed to bring in outside alcohol onto the event grounds.

Where can we park?

Parking is first come, first serve and is available in the following areas: The attached Metro Parking Garage at Cypress Village Station; Parking spots around Cypress Village Station.

Can we bring our children, or our pets?

Wine Fair Cy-Fair is an adult event. Children are not allowed into the event.

Although we would love to have your furry friends join us, unfortunately pets are not allowed.

What if it rains?

As they say, the show must go on!

Are there places to sit down?

Seating is limited, but some will be provided

Can I get a private seating area for co-workers or business associates?

Yes! Wine Fair is the perfect venue for companies to entertain clients, thank employees for their service or have a neighborhood party. Private hospitality tents are available for pre-purchase so you and your guests have a private area to sit, relax, enjoy wine, food and music. Contact a Food & Vine Time Productions Opportunity Consultant at 713-557-5732 for benefits and pricing.

What if I am too intoxicated to drive?

Please drink responsibly and designate a driver. If you are impaired, we will be glad to call transportation for you.
